We usually stop in at Kananaskis Village after a day of photography in Kananaskis. Food is good at the restaurants, altho we prefer Woody's Pub. Souvenirs are available here in the Village, also a Post Office. Great hiking in the area, too.
Quiet nice place with lots of hiking trails around, less traffic than Banff & Lake Louise(too many people and not enough parking, need to book shuttle buses $8 one way with long lineups).
Cute hidden village in the heart of Kananaskasis. Lovely place. Closed to nature. My family enjoyed the visit. Short but sweet.
